relating to human services; requiring continued operation of the Minnesota
Specialty Health Systems facility in Willmar.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

The commissioner shall not close the Minnesota Speciality Health Systems facility
in Willmar. Savings from the reduction in original funding for mental health transition
services must be used to fund the continued operations of this program.
