  1.2             relating to appropriations; changing appropriation for 
  1.3             the Pickwick Mill; amending Laws 1996, chapter 463, 
  1.4             section 22, subdivision 8. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Laws 1996, chapter 463, section 22, subdivision 
  1.7   8, is amended to read: 
  1.8   Subd. 8.  Pickwick Mill                                  150,000 
  1.9   For a grant to Winona county for 
  1.10  renovation of the historic Pickwick 
  1.11  Mill. 
  1.12  This appropriation is from the 
  1.13  Minnesota future resources fund and is 
  1.14  available until June 30, 1999. 
  1.15     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.16     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
