BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

[16C.251] PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENTS.

A state department may, without any finding of special circumstances, enter into
a construction contract that contains a project labor agreement that requires bidders,
contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or others to enter into or adhere to agreements with
one or more labor organizations.
