A bill for an act
 relating to human services; modifying the supplemental rate for group residential
housing providers; amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256I.05, by
adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256I.05, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

new text begin Notwithstanding the provisions of
this section, a county agency shall negotiate a supplementary service rate in addition
to the rate specified in subdivision 1, including any legislative authorized inflationary
adjustments, for a group residential provider located in Dodge County that operates a
nine-bed board and lodge facility in the city of Kasson, which provides chemical and
mental health services and assistance.
