 relating to housing; appropriating money to Neighborhood House.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE.

new text begin $2,400,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for a grant to Neighborhood House, a Ramsey
County-based nonprofit organization, to provide administrative costs for families facing
eviction, rental assistance, delinquent utility fees, mortgage assistance, and damage deposit
assistance. This is a onetime appropriation.
