A bill for an act
 relating to health; increasing reimbursement rates for
certain home care services; proposing coding for new
law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 256B.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin [256B.762] REIMBURSEMENT FOR HEALTH CARE
SERVICES.

new text begin Effective for services provided on or after July 1, 2005,
the commissioner shall reimburse the following services at the
specified rates, when these services are provided as home health
services under section 256B.0625, subdivision 6a:

new text begin (1) $85 for a skilled nursing visit;
 new text end

new text begin (2) $85 for a physical therapy visit;
 new text end

new text begin (3) $85 for an occupational therapy visit;
 new text end

new text begin (4) $85 for a speech therapy visit; and

new text begin (5) $55 for a home health aide visit.
