  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating wastewater 
  1.3             funding for the city of Blue Earth; authorizing the 
  1.4             sale of state bonds. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; CITY OF BLUE EARTH.] 
  1.7      $2,970,450 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to 
  1.8   the public facilities authority for a water pollution revolving 
  1.9   fund loan under Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.07, in the 
  1.10  amount of $2,759,475, and a wastewater infrastructure fund grant 
  1.11  under Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.072, in the amount of 
  1.12  $210,975 for the city of Blue Earth. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.14     To provide the money appropriated in this act from the bond 
  1.15  proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on the request of 
  1.16  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.17  amount up to $2,970,450 in the manner, upon the terms, and with 
  1.18  the effect prescribed in Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.19  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.20  4 to 7.  
  1.21     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.22     This act is effective on the day following final enactment.
