relating to clean water; appropriating money for water resource management
practices.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ANOKA COUNTY WATER CONSERVATION.

new text begin $250,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $250,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated from
the clean water fund to the Board of Water and Soil Resources for a grant to the Anoka
County Soil and Water Conservation District for installing water resource management
practices in the form of rain gardens on the campuses of public educational facilities to
provide benefits to water quality, groundwater sustainability, and flood water reduction
while simultaneously providing educational opportunities.
