A bill for an act
relating to game and fish; imposing minimum draw weight on bows; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 97B.035, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 97B.035, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

A bow used to take big game must have a pull
that meets or exceeds 30 pounds at or before full draw.
