  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money for 
  1.3             a regional trail in Olmsted county. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $2,713,322 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of natural resources to acquire land for and 
  1.8   develop a multiuse trail connecting the Douglas trail in 
  1.9   Rochester with Chester Woods county park and the cities of Eyota 
  1.10  and Dover.
