relating to natural resources; appropriating money for Gateway Trail tunnel.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$650,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of natural
resources to replace an at-grade crossing of the Gateway Trail at Highway 120 with a
tunnel. The money is available until expended.
