relating to health; providing funding for a rural health care purchasing alliance;
appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; RURAL HEALTH CARE PURCHASING
ALLIANCE.

$50,000 is appropriated for fiscal year 2010 from the health care access fund to the
commissioner of health for disbursement to the West Central Healthcare Purchasing
Alliance to support the alliance's efforts to implement efficient and affordable health care
purchasing for residents of its region. This appropriation is available until spent.
