  1.2             relating to human services; appropriating money for a 
  1.3             family service center in Carlton county. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $425,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal 
  1.7   year 1996 to the office of strategic and long-range planning for 
  1.8   a grant to Carlton county to establish a family service center 
  1.9   in the city of Moose Lake for the purpose of providing 
  1.10  multiagency services through a family service collaborative 
  1.11  under Minnesota Statutes, section 121.8355.
