  1.36     We, the undersigned conferees for H.F. No. 1487, report 
  1.37  that we have agreed upon the items in dispute and recommend as 
  1.38  follows: 
  1.39     
  2.1      That the House concur in the Senate amendment and that H.F. 
  2.2   No. 1487 be further amended as follows: 
  2.3      Page 18, after line 20, insert: 
  2.4      "Sec. 32.  Minnesota Statutes 2000, section 97C.355, is 
  2.5   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  2.6      Subd. 7a.  [HOUSES LEFT OVERNIGHT.] A fish house or dark 
  2.7   house left on the ice overnight must be marked with reflective 
  2.8   material on each side of the house.  The reflective material 
  2.9   must measure a total area of no less than two square inches on 
  2.10  each side of the house.  Violation of this subdivision is not 
  2.11  subject to subdivision 8 or section 97A.301." 
  2.12     Renumber the sections in sequence 
  2.13     Amend the title as follows: 
  2.14     Page 1, line 24, after "subdivision 1" insert ", by adding 
  2.15  a subdvisision" 
  3.1      We request adoption of this report and repassage of the 
  3.2   bill.
