A bill for an act
relating to transportation; providing for certain cities to receive state aid.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin STATE AID FOR CITIES.

A city that has at any time been classified as having a population of 5,000 or more
for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 162, and that has a population greater
than 4,900 but less than 5,000 according to the 2010 federal census, is deemed to have a
population of 5,000 for purposes of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 162.
