relating to public health; appropriating money to study perfluorochemical levels.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$313,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $313,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
from the environmental fund to the commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency to be
transferred to the commissioner of health to continue perfluorochemical biomonitoring
in eastern metropolitan communities, as recommended by the Environmental Health
Tracking and Biomonitoring Advisory Panel.
