relating to civil legal services; appropriating money for the State Board of Civil
Legal Aid.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$42,997,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $54,675,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated
from the general fund to the State Board of Civil Legal Aid to be distributed to legal services
programs pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, section 480.242. The base for this appropriation
is $68,512,000 in fiscal year 2028 and $84,498,000 in fiscal year 2029.
