Sec. 2.APPROPRIATIONS.
1.11The sums shown in the columns marked "Appropriations" are added to or, if shown
1.12in parentheses, subtracted from the appropriations in Laws 2009, chapter 78, article 1, to
1.13the agencies and for the purposes specified in this article. The appropriations are from the
1.14general fund or another named fund, and are available for the fiscal years indicated for
1.15each purpose. The figures "2010" and "2011" used in this article mean that the addition
1.16to or subtraction from the appropriation listed under them is available for the fiscal year
1.17ending June 30, 2010, or June 30, 2011, respectively. Supplemental appropriations and
1.18reductions to appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, are effective the

Subd. 2.Affordable Rental Investment Fund

2.11In fiscal year 2010, the Housing Finance
2.12Agency shall transfer $2,061,000 from the
2.13affordable rental investment fund program in
2.14the housing development fund, to the general
2.15fund.
2.16The base appropriation for the affordable
2.17rental investment fund program for fiscal
2.18years 2012 and 2013 is $7,546,000 for each
2.19year.

Subd. 3.Housing Rehabilitation

2.23under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.05,
2.24subdivision 14, for rental housing

2.26In fiscal year 2010, the Housing Finance

2.28housing rehabilitation program in the housing
2.29development fund, to the general fund.
2.30The base appropriation for the housing
2.31rehabilitation program for fiscal years 2012
2.32and 2013 is $3,287,000 for each year.
