  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; expanding the Minnesota 
  1.3             talented youth math project; appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [MINNESOTA TALENTED YOUTH MATH PROJECT.] 
  1.6      $145,250 in fiscal year 2000 and $175,354 in fiscal year 
  1.7   2001 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.8   of children, families, and learning for a grant to the South 
  1.9   Central Service Cooperative for the Minnesota talented youth 
  1.10  math project program operated by the South Central Service 
  1.11  Cooperative and as fiscal agent for the talented youth math 
  1.12  project programs established and operated by the Northwest 
  1.13  Service Cooperative, Northeast Service Cooperative, North 
  1.14  Central Service Cooperative, and Southwest/West Central Service 
  1.15  Cooperative.
