Offender Task Force.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$750,000 is appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008, and $750,000
is appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009, from the general fund to the
commissioner of public safety for a grant to Hennepin County to fund the Hennepin
County Violent Offender Task Force.
