  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [DIGITAL ELEVATION AND FLOOD PLAIN MAPPING.]

  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of natural resources to develop 
  1.9   and implement a high-resolution digital elevation and flood 
  1.10  plain management mapping pilot project for Anoka, Benton, 
  1.11  Carver, Chisago, Clay, Crow Wing, Dakota, Hennepin, Isanti, 
  1.12  Kittson, Marshall, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Norman, Polk, Ramsey, 
  1.13  Rice, Sherburne, Stearns, Traverse, Wilkin, and Wright counties.
