A bill for an act
 relating to property taxation; allowing agricultural homestead classification when
the homeowner lives off the farm due to flooding; amending Laws 2010, chapter
389, article 1, section 12.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2010, chapter 389, article 1, section 12, the effective date, is amended
to read:
