  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; providing for the 
  1.3             disposition of fees collected for the Minnesota 
  1.4             conservation corps; appropriating money; amending 
  1.5             Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 84.98, subdivision 6. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 84.98, 
  1.8   subdivision 6, is amended to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 6.  [FEES.] The commissioner may charge a fee for any 
  1.10  service performed by the Minnesota conservation corps.  Fees 
  1.11  generated shall be deposited in a special revenue fund and 
  1.12  appropriated to the commissioner for Minnesota conservation 
  1.13  corps projects and administration.
