  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to economic development; providing for a 
  1.3             planning grant to the city of Little Falls for a 
  1.4             fishing museum and environmental education center; 
  1.5             appropriating money. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $75,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   commissioner of trade and economic development for a grant to 
  1.10  the city of Little Falls for planning in connection with the 
  1.11  establishment of a museum of fishing-related artifacts, 
  1.12  equipment, and memorabilia and an environmental education center.
  1.13  This appropriation is available until spent.  This is a one-time 
  1.14  appropriation and is not added to the agency's base.
