BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$40,000,000 in fiscal year 2023 is transferred from the general fund to the disaster
assistance contingency account established under Minnesota Statutes, section 12.221,
subdivision 6. This is a onetime transfer.
