  1.2             relating to employment; establishing a position for a 
  1.3             special language employee in the department of labor 
  1.4             and industry. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [SPECIAL LANGUAGE EMPLOYEE.] 
  1.7      The complement of the department of labor and industry is 
  1.8   increased by one position that must be filled by a person who 
  1.9   speaks the Hmong language and is capable of interacting with 
  1.10  native Hmong-speaking persons on issues relating to employment.
