  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to traffic regulations; exempting vehicles 
  1.3             carrying liquefied petroleum gas for home delivery 
  1.4             from seasonal weight restrictions; amending Minnesota 
  1.5             Statutes 1996, section 169.87, by adding a subdivision.
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 169.87, is 
  1.8   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.9      Subd. 4.  [LPG VEHICLES.] Weight restrictions imposed 
  1.10  pursuant to subdivisions 1 and 2 do not apply to vehicles 
  1.11  carrying liquefied petroleum gas for purposes of home delivery 
  1.12  and use.
