relating to finance; providing certain services to
veterans; appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin SERVICES TO VETERANS; APPROPRIATIONS.

$200,000 for fiscal year 2006 and $150,000 for fiscal year
2007 are appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of veterans affairs for grants to the Vinland Center to provide
services to veterans for vocational rehabilitation,
developmental disabilities, and chemical dependency.
