  1.4             appropriations. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6   Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION REDUCTIONS; SUMMARY.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [SUMMARY.] The amounts set forth in 
  1.8   parentheses in the column headed "APPROPRIATION REDUCTIONS" are 
  1.9   reductions from appropriations for the fiscal year ending June 
  1.10  30, 1995.

  1.22     Sec. 2.  [AGENCY DUTIES TO UNALLOT.] 
  1.23     Each agency shall unallot as necessary to accomplish these 
  1.24  reductions.  Each agency shall provide a listing to the 
  1.25  commissioner of finance by June 1, 1995, of the appropriation 
  2.1   accounts to be reduced.  The commissioner of finance shall 
  2.2   effect these reductions by June 15, 1995.  
  2.3      Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  2.4      This act is effective the day following final enactment.
