 relating to workers' compensation; extending the presumption for a workers'
compensation claim based on COVID-19; amending Laws 2020, chapter 72, section
1.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, chapter 72, section 1, the effective date, is amended to read:


EFFECTIVE DATE.

This section is effective for employees who contract COVID-19
on or after the day following final enactment. Paragraph (f) sunsets on deleted text begin May 1,deleted text end new text begin December
