  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [CAPITAL LOAN; OSAKIS.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 126C.69, the 
  1.8   principal for independent school district No. 213, Osakis, 
  1.9   combined maximum effort capital loans is reduced by $199,000.
