A bill for an act
relating to marriage; authorizing certain mayors to perform civil marriages;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 517.04.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 517.04, is amended to read:


517.04 PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO PERFORM CIVIL MARRIAGES.

has attained the age of 21 years and isnew text begin :
