  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to employment; appropriating money for the 
  1.3             Minnesota employment center for people who are deaf or 
  1.4             hard-of-hearing. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [MINNESOTA EMPLOYMENT CENTER FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE 
  1.7   DEAF OR HARD-OF-HEARING; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $197,000 in fiscal year 2004 and $197,000 in fiscal year 
  1.9   2005 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner 
  1.10  of economic security for grants to the Minnesota employment 
  1.11  center for people who are deaf or hard-of-hearing.
