BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; THE TAP PROGRAM.

new text begin Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 16B.97, $10,000 in fiscal year 2020 is
appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of health to provide a grant to The
TAP in St. Paul to support mental health in disability communities through spoken art forms,
community supports, and community engagement. The commissioner may only use up to
3.5 percent of this appropriation for administrative costs.
