to the Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines
Commission for transfer to the Office of
Enterprise Technology for an electronic
sentencing worksheet system. This is a
onetime appropriation and is available
until expended. Any ongoing information
technology support or costs for this
application shall be incorporated into the
service-level agreement and shall be paid to
the Office of Enterprise Technology.
