A bill for an act
relating to higher education; providing funding for the Minitex and MnLINK
Gateway programs; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin MINITEX APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $5,631,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $5,631,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
from the general fund to the director of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education for the
purpose of the Minitex program.

Sec. 2. new text begin MNLINK GATEWAY; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $400,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $400,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
from the general fund to the director of the Minnesota Office of Higher Education for the
MnLINK Gateway statewide virtual library system.
