relating to natural resources; appropriating money for transfer to snowmobile and
all-terrain vehicle accounts.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $500,000 in fiscal year 2017 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources to transfer as follows:

new text begin (1) $250,000 to the snowmobile trails and enforcement account in the natural resources
fund; and
new text end

new text begin (2) $250,000 to the all-terrain vehicle account in the natural resources fund.
