1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.4    Section 1. LABOR AGREEMENTS AND COMPENSATION PLANS.
1.5    Subdivision 1. American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees.
1.6The labor agreement between the state of Minnesota and the American Federation of
1.7State, County and Municipal Employees, Council 5, Unit 225, recommended for approval
1.8by the Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on
1.9March 11, 2013, is ratified.
1.10    Subd. 2. Inter Faculty Organization. The labor agreement between the state
1.11of Minnesota and the Inter Faculty Organization, recommended for approval by the
1.12Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on March
1.1311, 2013, is ratified.
1.14    Subd. 3. Minnesota Nurses Association. The labor agreement between the state
1.15of Minnesota and the Minnesota Nurses Association, recommended for approval by the
1.16Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on March
1.1711, 2013, is ratified.
1.18    Subd. 4. Office of Higher Education. The compensation plan for unrepresented
1.19employees of the Office of Higher Education, recommended for approval by the
1.20Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on March
1.2111, 2013, is ratified.
1.22    Subd. 5. Minnesota Government Engineering Council. The collective bargaining
1.23agreement between the state of Minnesota and the Minnesota Government Engineering
2.1Council, recommended for approval by the Legislative Coordinating Commission
2.2Subcommittee on Employee Relations on March 21, 2013, is ratified.
2.3    Subd. 6. Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and
2.4Service Faculty. The collective bargaining agreement between the state of Minnesota
2.5and the Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and Service Faculty,
2.6recommended for approval by the Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee
2.7on Employee Relations on March 21, 2013, is ratified.
2.8    Subd. 7. Minnesota state college faculty. The collective bargaining agreement
2.9between the state of Minnesota and the Minnesota state college faculty, recommended
2.10for approval by the Legislative Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee
2.11Relations on May 1, 2013, is ratified.
2.12    Subd. 8. MnSCU administrators. The personnel plan for Minnesota State Colleges
2.13and Universities administrators, recommended for approval by the Legislative Coordinating
2.14Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on May 1, 2013, is ratified.
2.15    Subd. 9. Minnesota Insurance Marketplace. The personnel plan for managers
2.16for the Minnesota Insurance Marketplace, recommended for approval by the Legislative
2.17Coordinating Commission Subcommittee on Employee Relations on May 1, 2013, is
2.18ratified.

2.19    Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
2.20Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
