 relating to waters; appropriating money to monitor agricultural nonpoint source
pollution.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $395,000 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the commissioner of
agriculture to monitor agricultural nonpoint source pollution and implement best
management practices in sub-watersheds within the Root River Watershed in southeastern
Minnesota. The money is available until expended.
