relating to public safety; appropriating money for youth intervention programs.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin YOUTH INTERVENTION PROGRAMS; APPROPRIATION.

$10,725,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $10,725,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated
from the general fund to the commissioner of public safety for youth intervention programs
under Minnesota Statutes, section 299A.73. The base appropriation for this activity shall
be $14,300,000 in each of fiscal years 2026 and 2027, and beyond.
