  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to crime; appropriating money to the Ramsey 
  1.3             county attorney's office to establish and fund a 
  1.4             domestic assault and child abuse prosecution unit. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [RAMSEY COUNTY; APPROPRIATION FOR DOMESTIC 
  1.7   ASSAULT AND CHILD PROTECTION UNIT.] 
  1.8      $536,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   Ramsey county attorney's office to establish and fund the 
  1.10  domestic assault and child abuse prosecution unit, to be 
  1.11  available until June 30, 2001.
