  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; designating the Jerry Haaf 
  1.3             Memorial Drive in Minneapolis; amending Minnesota 
  1.4             Statutes 1994, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1994, section 161.14, is 
  1.7   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 31.  [JERRY HAAF MEMORIAL DRIVE.] That portion of 
  1.9   trunk highway marked No. 55 between its intersections with Lake 
  1.10  Street and 46th Street in the city of Minneapolis is designated 
  1.11  the "Jerry Haaf Memorial Drive."  The commissioner of 
  1.12  transportation shall adopt a suitable marking design to mark 
  1.13  this highway and shall erect the appropriate signs.
