  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [211B.205] [PARTICIPATION IN PUBLIC PARADES.] 
  1.7      A candidate must not be charged a fee for participation in 
  1.8   a public parade unless all other units participating in the 
  1.9   parade are charged similar amounts.
