  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to state lands; authorizing private 
  1.3             conveyance of certain state land. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [PRIVATE CONVEYANCE OF STATE LAND; ROCK 
  1.6   COUNTY.] 
  1.7      (a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 94.09 to 
  1.8   94.16, the commissioner of natural resources shall convey for no 
  1.9   consideration to the adjoining landowner the land that is 
  1.10  described in paragraph (c). 
  1.11     (b) The conveyance must be in a form approved by the 
  1.12  attorney general. 
  1.13     (c) The land to be conveyed is located in Rock county and 
  1.14  is described as: 
  1.15     That part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 
  1.16     103 North, Range 45 West, described as follows: 
  1.17     Commencing at the West Quarter corner of Section 13; thence 
  1.18     North 00 degrees 17 minutes 27 seconds West (assumed 
  1.19     bearing) along the west line of the Northwest Quarter of 
  1.20     said section a distance of 128.17 feet to the point of 
  1.21     beginning; thence continuing North 00 degrees 17 minutes 27 
  1.22     seconds West along said west line a distance of 11.84 feet; 
  1.23     thence South 89 degrees 28 minutes 55 seconds East a 
  1.24     distance of 1474.45 feet; thence South 00 degrees 17 
  2.1      minutes 27 seconds East a distance of 25.29 feet to an iron 
  2.2      stake with DNR cap; thence North 88 degrees 57 minutes 33 
  2.3      seconds West along an existing fence line a distance of 
  2.4      1092.38 feet to an iron stake; thence continuing North 88 
  2.5      degrees 57 minutes 33 seconds West along said fence line 
  2.6      extended a distance of 382.32 feet to said point of 
  2.7      beginning. 
  2.8      Said tract is subject to a roadway easement and any other 
  2.9      easements of record if any.
