  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [DEBT SERVICE AID; MABEL-CANTON.] 
  1.7      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 124.431, 
  1.8   subdivision 2, paragraph (a), clause (2), and 124.95, 
  1.9   subdivision 2, paragraph (b), independent school district No. 
  1.10  238, Mabel-Canton, shall be eligible to receive debt service aid.
