  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to health education; appropriating money for 
  1.3             equipment used in adolescent pregnancy prevention 
  1.4             efforts. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of health for grants to boards of health, nonprofit 
  1.9   organizations, and school districts to purchase specially 
  1.10  designed dolls for use in conjunction with adolescent pregnancy 
  1.11  prevention efforts.  Eligible organizations shall apply to the 
  1.12  commissioner for a grant on an application form developed by the 
  1.13  commissioner.  Applicants must provide the information requested 
  1.14  by the commissioner.  If the appropriations for this program are 
  1.15  insufficient to fully fund grant applications, the commissioner 
  1.16  may establish priorities for distributing the available funds.  
  1.17  This appropriation is available until expended.
