  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to Ramsey county; authorizing certain 
  1.3             supplementary service rates for a certain facility in 
  1.4             Ramsey county. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [GROUP RESIDENTIAL FACILITY FOR WOMEN IN RAMSEY 
  1.7   COUNTY.] 
  1.8      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 256I.05, 
  1.9   subdivision 1d, the new group residential facility for women in 
  1.10  Ramsey county, with approval by the county agency, may negotiate 
  1.11  a supplementary service rate in addition to the board and 
  1.12  lodging rate for facilities licensed and registered by the 
  1.13  Minnesota department of health under Minnesota Statutes, section 
  1.14  15.17, and that the total supplementary service rate may not 
  1.15  exceed $1,177 per person, per month.
