A bill for an act
relating to education; increasing the amount of lunch aid; appropriating money;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 124D.111, subdivision 1.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 124D.111, subdivision 1, is amended to
read:

Subdivision 1.

School lunch aid computation.

Each school year, the state must pay
participants in the national school lunch program the amount of cents for each full
paid, reduced, and free student lunch served to students.
