A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; mass transit; appropriating money for the Red Rock
Corridor transitway.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin RED ROCK CORRIDOR TRANSITWAY; APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the Metropolitan Council in fiscal
year 2016 for a grant to the Washington County Regional Railroad Authority to perform
engineering and environmental analysis, acquire real property or interest in real property,
and design or construct facilities and infrastructure for the Red Rock Corridor transitway.
