A bill for an act
 relating to transportation; designating a segment of marked Trunk Highway 11 in
Roseau County as Patrol Inspector Robert H. Lobdell Memorial Highway;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 161.14, by adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2020, section 161.14, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

new text begin The segment of
marked Trunk Highway 11 from Roseau to Warroad is designated as "Patrol Inspector
Robert H. Lobdell Memorial Highway." Subject to section 161.139, the commissioner must
adopt a suitable design to mark this highway and erect appropriate signs.
